Shipping Policy

At TintIQ, we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Time Once your order is shipped, delivery takes 4–12 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Total Delivery Window From the moment you place your order, expect delivery within 6–17 business days in total (processing + shipping combined).

4. Shipping Cost We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

5. Worldwide Shipping We ship globally. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country — these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@tintiq.co with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. TintIQ is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@tintiq.co within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.

9. Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents immediately and email support@tintiq.co within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
